how strange that on the day im looking for bats to throw plates on you post this. do you think the p&s system is best? any trouble with the plaster? tried wonderbat? thank you ahead of time!
I have used Wonderbats and plasi-bats and wood bats and the cement. I like this the best (for plates) because you can make as many as you want. I use the square plastibats for every day stuff.
thank you! i want it for plates only. i use versa bat otherwise and feels it is pretty good. inserts are slightly inconsistent but you get used to this. i think ill go with p&s.
Thanks so much for posting this! I bought the molds for this bat system last year, but still haven't gotten around to making them yet. Now that I see what lovely plates you can make with these, I'm gonna have to get off my butt and try it out!
Thanks for all you do John!
ReplyDeletethis is great! how much clay did you use?
ReplyDeleteWay cool John :)
ReplyDeleteNice! I still need to come up there shopping for plates!
ReplyDeleteTrying to keep it rolling.
ReplyDelete5 pounds of clay for about a 12 -14" plate.
