Clean Bottoms
When you want to clean and smooth your bottoms try these 3M Industrial Strength Surface Conditioning pads (120M). You can also get them in a 12" size. I just put the velcro on a bat and off I go.

That's an awesome idea! Just make sure that any fired clay doesn't end up with the rest of your recycled clay.
