Emily's Award Winning Chili

Yo Clubbers,

Last night was lots of fun. Hoping Kirk is willing to reveal his chili recipe. Damn that shit was good!

Here's mine:

Emily's Award Winning Chili

1# ground beef

6 cloves of garlic, minced

1 onion, chopped

1 bell pepper, chopped

minced jalapeno or habenero peppers

1 can kidney beans, rinsed

1 can diced tomato

1 can tomato sauce

1/2 C. frozen corn

1/4 c Worcestershire sauce

1T lemon juice

1T hot sauce

2T spicy brown mustard

2T ketchup

2 T brown sugar

1/2T cayenne pepper

1 tsp Cinnamon

Salt & pepper

brown beef & sautee garlic onion.

In stock combine all and simmer for an hour or more.
