Mink?
Hate to show a disqusting image but I saw this guy killed on the road and thought it was a mink. Anyone know is that is right?
I did not know we had that many mink in Mitchell County,

i dont know what it is... but maybe it's related to the animal that's digging a hole under the wall of my chicken coop and stealing all my eggs! (I do feel bad for this little guy though.) :(

I think the snout is too pointy for mink. It's more like muskrat or possum.

ReplyDeleteThere are minks here. We have one who visits the compost pile regularly. They like to be near water and like to eat rotting vegetation and bunnies, among other things.
