Hey Ron, how does this look in wood/salt? I'm planning some glaze firings and maybe a few new glazes to the palette. Curious. I love the variation in the glaze from black to blue.
I have not fired it in salt or wood. The bowl is dated 1974. There is even another color which is brown(cream color) to black, but it is one of those recipes where my notes bit the dirt. If I recall I took out the cobalt and added iron oxide or just run it without any cobalt, no additions. I believe you might even reduce some of the ingredients, ie: use all cornwall or all G200. Run your test, but I feel it is a strong dependible glaze.
