Clay club August 2014 Review

Had a great time at Clay Club last night.  Lots of folks came out from all over, Asheville, Black mountain, Old Fort, Bakersville, Spruce Pine, etc.

It was good to see everyone and catch up on things. 

And nice to share glaze information!

Cynthina Lee is having a class at Wildacres where they are making an outdoor scupture (She has two spots open!);

John Hartom told how well the Dig in Garden is going, He is looking for Collector's Bowls for the upcoming events. These are higher priced pieces which will provide 3 meals per Dollar raised. So if you donate a $100 bowl that equates to 300 meals for hungry people!!  Contact him at imagineren@yahoo.com

The Leichester Tour is this weekend!  Some really great potters are involved!

Linda McFarling, Shane Mickey and Liz Zlot Summerfield are having a BIG POTTERY SALE  on Labor Day!

Oh I have a book coming out and we are planning a book signing at Crimson Laurel sometime when the books actually arrive!
