Judging from the info on the flier, I'm thinking it may be a place that one of the past residents rented out. I don't know if it is still available, but it looks reasonably priced. ReplyDeleteHi. Sorry I didn't see your posting sooner. If you haven't already found housing, perhaps you'd be interested in renting either my rental apartment or my house.
ReplyDeleteThe apartment is a small, one bedroom.
The house I can only rent for 6-7 months. It's furnished, has two beds and two baths, a den, and a fireplace.
Both places are on the Penland campus on Conley Ridge Road, between the Penland Gallery and the dining hall.
